Marc Ooms and The Fruit Farm Group

Marc Ooms (, along with others, originally launched the Fruit Farm Group back in the year 2014. Since the formation of the group, he has assisted in encouraging it to specialise in the most favoured fruits such as bananas, apples, pears and cherries. The company has established a position in six distinct countries that span across three continents. It is true to declare that Marc Ooms has had an incredibly advantageous impact on The Fruit Farm Group during the course of his work with the firm.

Marc Ooms was raised around the fruit and veggie business which was owned by his dad. At one stage during his profession, he obtained a managing role with a recognised investment organisation. Witnessing an organisation in full action from a rather early age may well have prompted Marc Ooms's outlook. Some years ago, he became an example of one of the very first to become involved with research into the performance of the stock exchange in Brussels.

The business has matured to a substantial size, with about 8,200 employees spanning 26 unique countries. Via Greenyard Foods, Marc Ooms works together with a business that has a customer base which contains some of the largest retailers and supermarket chains in the world. Now, the corporation is a global leader in both fresh and prepared fruits and vegetables, an area of which he still has vivid memories. Greenyard Foods started out about 50 years ago (way before Marc Ooms joined) as a fairly simple company.
